About Michelle

Michelle is a senior associate in the property team. She is a commercial property law specialist with a particular focus on leasing. Michelle negotiates complex leasing structures including design-build projects and handles subdivisions, acquisitions and disposals of industrial and commercial property and development projects.

Michelle is an accredited member of the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society and also a member of a number of property industry groups.
