Danica brings 18 years of experience in the legal industry, with extensive legal executive and property law experience gained across respected law firms in New Zealand and South Africa. Originally from South Africa, Danica completed her Diploma in Conveyancing in 2009 and undertook three years of LLB studies. Prior to relocating to New Zealand in 2018, she also held the position of Head of Marketing for a large corporate law firm.
Danica works closely with the property team in her capacity as a Legal Executive, with particular experience in conveyancing, mortgagee sales, property transactions and the management of complex property matters. She also brings strong expertise in compliance and marketing, contributing to the efficient management and continued development of the firm.
Danica is a highly capable and experienced legal professional who brings a wealth of knowledge, commercial awareness and dedication to her role, making her an invaluable member of the firm.
