Wendy Alexander brings over 30 years of comprehensive legal experience to her practice. Her distinctive career path—progressing from Legal Search Clerk to Special Counsel—has given her exceptional insight into every aspect of legal practice and a deep understanding of client needs.
Wendy specialises in litigation and dispute resolution, with particular expertise in construction law, IRD negotiations, lease and shareholder disputes, relationship property and estate litigation. Her approach to legal practice is centered on demystifying complex legal concepts and empowering clients to make informed decisions during challenging periods.
As a trained commercial mediator, Wendy holds qualifications from Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation and the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ). She brings a calm, pragmatic approach to dispute resolution, helping individuals and businesses resolve conflicts efficiently.
Wendy's contributions to the legal profession have been recognised through her selection as one of NZ Lawyer Magazine's 'Elite Women' in 2021. She serves as an elected member of the Auckland Women Lawyers' Association Committee, actively contributing to the advancement of women in the legal profession.
