Shieff Angland is pleased to announce the appointment of two new partners, Kellie Bright and Kalev Crossland.

Kellie Bright is a specialist corporate, commercial and trust lawyer. Kellie has significant experience in advising on business acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.

Kalev Crossland is a leading commercial and corporate law litigator, author and presenter. He brings significant experience and expertise to the firm in all aspects of dispute resolution. Kalev will head the firm’s litigation team.
