Jessica’s two specialties are property and commercial law. Her expertise in property law encompasses property development, leasing, subdivision, due diligence, funding, acquisitions, and disposals of commercial property. As a member of our commercial team, she advises clients on issues such as business acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Jessica advised on consumer law during a secondment to a client in the food manufacturing sector, and she also spent time as a legal advisor for a computer software company in London.
She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2012.
