A key member of our commercial litigation team, Jesvin advises clients on issues relating to tortious and contractual claims, from property disputes through to enforcement actions.
Jesvin specialises in corporate and personal insolvency. She regularly appears in the District Court, High Court and as a junior in the Court of Appeal in New Zealand. She has sound experience in construction law disputes before the Building Disputes Tribunal. She recently defended in a six-week arbitration involving a seven-figure claim on large scale development.
Jesvin was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2012 and the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia in 2015.
