Rachel’s measure of a job well done is when staff, clients and suppliers have a positive experience with Shieff Angland. She is responsible for operational matters such as information technology, human resources, finance, and business development.
Rachel has worked in law firm management for 10 years and was previously the director of an engineering business. Providing excellence in service is her key focus.
Rachel is actively involved in the Auckland Association of Legal Administrators, Australasian Legal Practice Management Association and LegalTech NZ. She has a keen interest in the future of law.
